You are the architect of your company's success and the anchor for everyone around you. You are the person others turn to when things need to get done, problems need solving, and fires need putting out.
You’ve mastered the art of making it look easy. But the drive that got you here often comes with a hidden cost: a relentless internal pressure to be perfect for everyone, everywhere.
If you are navigating high-stakes decisions by day and managing an invisible mental load by night, you don’t need generic advice. You need a space where you can finally take off the armor.
But offstage, it’s different. Behind closed doors, the fatigue sometimes feels heavy. The pressure to perform, the loneliness of command, the fear of letting someone down—they linger after hours. The “highlight reel” doesn’t capture the self-doubt, the moments when stress overwhelms sleep, or when ambition collides with burnout.
For those who are calm on the surface but racing on the inside. We work on quieting the perfectionism and "Imposter Syndrome" that often accompanies success.
Moving beyond "bubble bath" self-care to real, structural changes that protect your energy and allow you to disconnect without guilt.
It’s not just about focus; it’s about emotional regulation. We build systems to handle the details while addressing the rejection sensitivity and performance anxiety that often come with a high-speed brain.
Learning how to say "no" and set limits in professional and personal relationships without feeling like you are letting people down.
Support for your company when mental health meets the workplace. In addition to individual counseling, I partner with organizations throughout Michigan and Indiana to design customized wellness programs, conflict resolution strategies and team building activities. If an employee issue arises and you’re not sure how to address it, or if you need a tailored workplace wellness program to keep your team healthy and productive, I can help.

Consulting for family businesses navigating succession planning and interpersonal dynamics.
One‑on‑one executive coaching to improve leadership effectiveness and emotional intelligence.

To ensure we make the most of our time together, you will receive a digital packet before your first appointment. This includes an intake form and a few brief assessments. Completing these ahead of time allows me to review your background and handle necessary documentation early, so we can spend our session focusing on you rather than paperwork.
Our first meeting is about getting to know you. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and begin crafting a plan tailored to your life and work. You’ll leave with a clear sense of whether we’re a good fit and what our work together will look like moving forward.
Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. Many clients start weekly and adjust frequency based on need. You can easily manage your schedule, paperwork, and payments online—either through Headway (if you choose that route) or directly through my practice for UHC and private pay clients.
Limited evening slots are available—ask when scheduling.
Absolutely. Everything you share is protected by law and professional ethics.
Video helps us connect, but if you’re having a bad hair day or need extra privacy, we can accommodate.
That’s exactly why first sessions exist. Reach out. We’ll talk about your situation and decide together if therapy is the right next step—no pressure.
Please provide 24‑hour notice to cancel or reschedule—because life happens.
No. All individuals are welcome here. While I possess unique expertise in business psychology and the pressures of leadership, my commitment is to support anyone facing stress, anxiety, or complexity in their personal life. Your journey is valid, and you are welcome here.

There’s a certain pressure that comes with being “the one people count on.” I’ve spent the past two decades sitting across from leaders—CEOs, entrepreneurs, medical directors, business owners—who are brilliant at solving everyone else’s problems, but rarely have room to acknowledge their own.
Early in my career, I realized that high-performers face a different kind of isolation: surrounded by people, yet alone with stresses no one else seems to understand. That’s what drew me to bridge the worlds of mental health and business psychology. Because for people like you, anxiety doesn’t just sap energy; it can disrupt your teams, your bottom line, and even your sense of self.
Clients come to me when they need direct, strategic support—no platitudes, no passive nodding. I combine deep clinical experience (LMHC, LPC) with a doctorate in Business Psychology, offering therapy that’s not just compassionate, but customized for the complexity you navigate every day.
Your space. Your terms.
Telehealth means you can meet with me from your home office, between meetings in your car, or wherever privacy fits into your schedule. Michigan and Indiana leaders: you don’t have to do it alone.
